Job Summary

As a Team Lead in Manufacturing, you will be at the core of shop floor management, leading and motivating a team of approximately 15 employees. Your daily responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to EHS guidelines and guaranteeing the timely and high-quality delivery of circuit breakers and assemblies. You will also support the Line Manager with personnel matters, such as performance reviews and employee qualifications, contributing to a varied and impactful role.
