Job Summary
As a Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's sustainable future by leading development projects focused on innovative packaging films and bags. Your daily responsibilities include optimizing plant processes and manufacturing procedures, specifically developing recipes for sustainable film production using recycled materials. You will be responsible for introducing new analytical methods for quality testing, overseeing test runs, and qualifying new suppliers or materials. Additionally, you will support cleanroom management tasks. This position is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of technical process optimization and hands-on material development. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
