Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance, providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level support and customer consulting. Your daily responsibilities include performing detailed error analysis and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems. You will play a key role in administering Microsoft 365 environments, Windows Servers, and cloud services, while managing user accounts through Active Directory and Azure AD. The role also involves maintaining virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V, as well as overseeing firewall and VPN infrastructures. This position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy process optimization and documentation. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or equivalent long-term professional experience in the specified field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
- Extensive experience with Windows Server technologies and Microsoft 365 environments
- Practical experience in managing Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online
- Proven track record in administering virtualization solutions such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- Experience with modern network technologies including SD-WAN, VLAN, and firewall management

- This is a full-time, permanent position. The role offers 2 days of home office per week and requires the candidate to be based near one of the company's service locations. Preference is given to applicants with severe disabilities in case of equal suitability.
