Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing 1st level support via telephone, email, and a dedicated ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, managing Windows 10 environments, and handling Active Directory user administration. You will also be responsible for printer management and maintaining thorough documentation of all technical incidents. The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in client hardware and Microsoft ecosystems.
