This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support and customer advisory services for a leading German engineering and IT service provider. On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will perform hardware and software troubleshooting, manage network infrastructures, and administer Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts in Active Directory/Azure AD, supporting virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V, and maintaining firewall and VPN systems. The position requires a strong technical background in Windows server technologies and modern networking. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Extensive experience with Windows Server technologies (version 2016 and newer)
  • Practical experience in managing Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online
  • Proven experience with virtualization solutions such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
  • Experience with modern network technologies including SD-WAN and firewall management
