Your day-to-day responsibilities involve independent economic planning, preparing and participating in budget negotiations, and analyzing key performance indicators for annual financial statements. You will act as a bridge between clinical and administrative functions, leading Chief Physician meetings, managing cooperation agreements, and overseeing specific departments including medical technology and maintenance. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Initial leadership experience and the ability to manage trainees and staff
  • Proven experience in analytical project management and implementation
  • Knowledge of the German healthcare system and current industry developments
