This role is central to the collaborative network of three artistic universities in Berlin, focusing on the modernization of their shared ServiceCenters for Finance, IT, and HR. As an Administrative Transformation Manager, you will lead the strategic planning and implementation of digitalization and AI strategies across the institutions. Your daily activities will involve analyzing and optimizing administrative processes—following the principles of simplification and harmonization—while managing the entire project lifecycle from requirements engineering (user stories and specifications) to rollout and training. A significant portion of the role involves change management, where you will foster a service-oriented culture and act as a bridge between various stakeholders.
