As a Financial Accountant specializing in Accounts Receivable, you will play a critical role in managing the company's daily financial operations. Your core responsibilities include recording bank statements, managing payment transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of master data. You will be actively involved in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, handling general ledger entries such as accruals and standing orders. Beyond standard accounting, you will manage the company fleet, support tax audits, and develop cash flow forecasts. This position offers a high degree of responsibility, including acting as a deputy for the department head in the accounts receivable area. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellter) or a comparable commercial/business qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in financial accounting with a focus on accounts receivable
  • Experience in processing bank statements and payment transactions
  • Practical experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
  • Proven experience using SAP R/3 or similar ERP systems
  • Experience in managing general ledger entries and accruals
  • Experience in fleet management and supporting tax audits is preferred
