Job Summary
This role involves a dual focus on data analysis and technical systems administration within a German public service environment (Jobcenter). Day-to-day, you will be responsible for generating complex reports, evaluations, and statistical reports based on Social Security Code II (SGB II) data. You will monitor data quality, plausibility, and key performance indicators to ensure internal targets are met. On the technical side, you will manage the specialized software application OPEN/Prosoz, which includes user administration, parameter maintenance, template management, and processing payment runs. Additionally, you will contribute to the digitalization of forms and participate in various project workgroups.
