Job Summary

As a Construction Site Manager for Electrical Engineering, you will lead the installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial and industrial clients. Your daily responsibilities include planning and supervising installations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring high quality standards on-site. You will act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, managing the project lifecycle from setup to final handover. A critical component of the role involves overseeing health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols, including risk assessments and accident prevention regulations. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about renewable energy and the energy transition. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a degree in Electrical Engineering. Further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician is considered a plus.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in construction site management, preferably within plant engineering
  • Experience working with medium-voltage systems
  • Experience in coordinating external subcontractors and managing on-site quality assurance
  • Experience in creating HSE documentation and safety risk assessments
