As a Climate Protection Manager, you will work within the Office for Urban Planning and Environment, leading interdisciplinary processes to ensure energetic questions are addressed early in the planning phases. Your day-to-day will involve implementing measures from the city's climate protection strategy, developing energetic neighborhood concepts, and managing funding applications. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Energy and Resource Management, Climate-Just Urban Development, Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geosciences, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in climate protection or energetic neighborhood concepts is preferred
- Experience in public relations and citizen participation processes
- Knowledge of municipal administrative procedures and project management
- Proven track record in interdisciplinary collaboration across urban planning, environment, and mobility sectors

- This is a fixed-term contract for 2 years (parental leave replacement). Location is Konstanz, Germany. Work permit for Germany is required.
