Job Summary

As an OT Security & Business Process Expert at Daimler Buses, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's global security organization within the production environment. You'll be the bridge between CISO, IT, Governance, Digitalization, and Operations, ensuring that global security guidelines are systematically developed, rolled out, and firmly embedded across 7 Daimler Buses plants. Your day-to-day will involve defining and maintaining global OT security standards (e.g., IEC 62443, ISO 27001), managing international rollouts of central security solutions, and creating blueprints and awareness materials. You will also build and enhance standardized OT risk assessments, support digitalization projects with a security focus, and coordinate security-critical escalations.
