As a Team Lead for Permanent Way (Oberbau), you will be responsible for the professional and timely execution of maintenance and repair orders within the regional infrastructure network. Working out of Karlsruhe, you will ensure that track systems are available and safe for punctual rail operations. Your daily tasks include managing site logistics, overseeing the use of specialized machinery and welding materials, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and scheduled track closures. Beyond operational management, you will collaborate with leadership to conceptualize and expand new site locations.
