Job Summary

As a Power Electronics Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex system requirements and technical implementation. Your daily responsibilities include translating system needs into technical specifications for power electronic components, managing thermal design, and ensuring electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and functional safety. A significant portion of the role involves technical supplier management, where you will steer external development partners, conduct design reviews, and manage interfaces between internal departments and external vendors. You will evaluate development results and support the industrialization process through to the Start of Production (SOP). This position is particularly attractive due to its blend of high-level technical design and strategic project management, offering a permanent contract, flexible working hours, and mobile work options. It provides an excellent platform to work on cutting-edge semiconductor technologies and complex topologies within a professional development environment supported by an in-house academy.
