Job Summary

This role involves joining the IT department at the Lichtenfels District Office to support municipal staff with daily technical challenges and innovative solutions. As an IT Systems Integration Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include the administration of Windows 11 clients and mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. You will be responsible for installing hardware and software components, assisting with IT procurement processes, and providing comprehensive user support for both hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT Systems Integration and possesses solid knowledge of network technology and Windows server administration.
