Job Summary
This leadership role involves spearheading the digital transformation for the public administration of Baden-Württemberg's state buildings. As the head of a dedicated interdisciplinary team of four, you will be responsible for initiating and coordinating complex IT transformation projects and refining the organization's overarching digitalization strategy. A core component of the role is the establishment and continuous development of a professional Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure standardized execution across various departments. You will act as a key liaison between the Ministry of Finance and regional offices, fostering a culture of knowledge exchange. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys high levels of autonomy and wants to contribute to the public good. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Public Finance Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience

- Professional experience working within or managing a Project Management Office (PMO)
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and fostering collaborative environments
- Proven track record in digitalization or IT transformation initiatives
