Job Summary

As an Electrical Design Engineer in the special purpose machinery sector, you will be responsible for the end-to-end electrical design of complex, custom industrial machines. Your daily activities will involve utilizing EPLAN to create detailed electrical schematics, selecting appropriate hardware components, and generating comprehensive bills of materials (BOM). You will play a critical role in quality assurance by developing technical specifications (Lastenhefte) and reviewing circuit documentation provided by external suppliers. Beyond the design phase, you will ensure operational safety and clarity by producing technical documentation and user manuals. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented engineer who enjoys technical variety and seeing a project move from initial concept to a fully documented, functional machine. The role offers the stability of a permanent, full-time contract within the innovative engineering hub of the Nuremberg region.
