As a Junior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer communication by developing and implementing intelligent solutions such as ACD systems, AI-powered chat and voicebots, and Smart Data applications. Your daily responsibilities will involve identifying process optimization potentials for call and contact routing, conducting stakeholder need analyses, and acting as a vital interface between clients, technical teams, product management, and external service providers. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience with ACD systems, AI-supported communication, or comparable technologies is preferred
- Experience in customer needs analysis and the development of creative technical solutions
- Experience working as an interface between technical and commercial departments
- Practical experience or familiarity with agile working methods
