Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) specializing in Environmental Technology, Hydraulic Engineering, or Civil Engineering; or a Master Craftsman qualification in Hydraulic Engineering (Wasserbaumeister).
Experience
- Professional experience as a state-certified technician in environmental, hydraulic, or civil engineering
- Experience in construction supervision and independent decision-making for technical measures
- Professional background in public administration or municipal water management is beneficial
- Experience in handling citizen inquiries and coordinating with external technical offices
- Basic knowledge of waste management law is preferred
