Job Summary

As a Sales Support Technician in Nuremberg, you will play a vital role in preparing and configuring technical equipment for delivery to a diverse customer base. Your daily responsibilities involve setting up devices, installing updates and communication apps, and managing user accounts within internal systems. You will be responsible for quality control within the depot, managing inventory data in the Acriba ERP system, and ensuring seamless handovers to the logistics team. Additionally, you will support technical customer inquiries, manage demonstration and trade fair equipment, and collaborate across departments to report technical anomalies. Required Skills
