This role involves overseeing and enhancing the quality management system within a geriatric hospital, ensuring compliance with both the Geriatric Quality Seal for Acute Care Facilities and legal requirements. Key responsibilities include creating and updating QM documents, conducting internal and supporting external audits, and training staff on quality management principles. The position also entails planning and evaluating internal quality management projects, contributing to health-promoting initiatives, and analyzing health indicators to improve workplace well-being. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare or business, with a strong understanding of quality management standards and excellent communication skills, contributing to a supportive team environment.
Required Skills
Education
3-year vocational training in healthcare or commercial education
Experience
- Professional experience in quality management, preferably with further training
- Experience with DIN EN ISO 9001 standards
- Knowledge of risk and project management

Additional
- Support for the diaconal orientation of the company group is expected. Membership in a Christian church is desired but not a prerequisite. The position is part-time and permanent.
