Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist in Bremen, you will join an internationally successful industrial leader specializing in high-quality design and sun protection systems. Your daily responsibilities involve providing first- and second-level support for internal users, analyzing support tickets, and managing the procurement and inventory of hardware and software. You will play a key role in coordinating with external IT service providers and maintaining IT master data. Beyond standard support, you will contribute to exciting IT projects, digital rollouts, and the creation of Business Intelligence reports to optimize business processes. This role is ideal for proactive professionals who enjoy documenting system landscapes and managing software licenses. The position offers a long-term perspective, starting with a temporary contract through SYNERGIE with the explicit goal of permanent takeover by the client company. It provides flexibility with options for full-time or 30-hour part-time schedules.
