This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of skilled tradespeople at the largest Chamber of Skilled Crafts in Northern Germany. Based at the Travemünde Vocational Training Center right by the beach, you will be responsible for conducting inter-company apprentice instruction (ÜLU) and developing innovative further education formats. Your day-to-day involves hands-on teaching in high-quality, modern workshops and utilizing digital media for knowledge transfer. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering (Elektrotechnikermeister) or a comparable qualification, including the Instructor Aptitude Certification (AdA-Schein).
Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Electrician or in a comparable senior technical role
- Comprehensive knowledge of current electrical engineering standards and practices
- Experience in adult education and the use of digital teaching tools is preferred
- Experience in conducting technical training or apprentice supervision
