As an IT Systems Technician for a major non-profit organization managing 151 daycare centers, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and security of digital infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing IT environments across various facilities, including networks, NAS systems, and telephony. You will serve as a primary point of contact for user inquiries, coordinate with external IT service providers, manage IT procurement, and conduct internal training sessions. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- Completed vocational training in Information Technology (Fachinformatik) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in managing IT environments including networks and telephony
- Experience in handling user inquiries and multi-area IT troubleshooting
- Experience in coordinating external service providers and managing IT purchasing
- Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
