As a Senior Project Manager for Product Support After Sales, you will be responsible for the independent commercial management and administration of customer inquiries within the Integrated Product Support (IPS) framework. Your day-to-day duties involve creating and managing complex customer offers, handling spare parts supply chains from identification to invoicing, and coordinating letters of credit with banks and international clients. You will serve as a critical interface between internal departments and external stakeholders, managing claims and conducting market analysis to support strategic decision-making. Required Skills
