Job Summary
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to join the Finance and Controlling department of the Hessian Administration for Land Management and Geoinformation (HVBG). As a SAP Controlling and Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-level support for SAP modules SD, MM, and CO, ensuring data quality for orders, offers, and deliveries. Your day-to-day will involve maintaining master data, performing central cancellations, and managing material master data including inventory-managed materials. You will also play a critical role in generating standardized and custom reports from SAP and supporting the annual budget planning process. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor/FH) preferably in Administrative Management, Public Administration, Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in SAP modules CO, MM, or SD, or comparable ERP software
- Professional experience in public administration is preferred
- Experience in fee assessment according to administrative cost regulations is desirable
- Experience with Hessian state guidelines (e.g., LHO, SAP concepts) is an advantage

- The position is based in Wiesbaden, Germany. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of the organizational structure of the Hessian state administration. A work permit for Germany is required as this is a state government position.
