Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive technical support for a leading European IT service provider. As an IT Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for customers at a service desk and through a ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities include configuring mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads, managing scanners, and performing IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) tasks. You will also handle 'Break & Fix' activities and the commissioning of hardware including PCs, notebooks, monitors, and printers.
