Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to join an established engineering firm in Berlin-Pankow specializing in technical building equipment (HVAC). As a Building Services Engineer, you will take ownership of the planning, control, and implementation of complex construction projects across all HOAI service phases. The day-to-day work involves a mix of renovation and new construction projects, primarily focusing on non-residential buildings within the Berlin and Brandenburg region. You will work closely with a collaborative team of six professionals and a partner office for electrical engineering. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) in Building Services Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, Supply Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
Experience
- Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience in building services or HVAC engineering
- Professional experience working across all HOAI performance phases
- Experience in managing projects for both new constructions and existing building renovations
- Proven track record of independent, structured, and reliable project execution
