Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site technical support for a modern small animal clinic in Lübeck. As the primary internal contact for IT matters, you will manage workstations, networks, and peripherals to ensure smooth daily operations 365 days a year. Your day-to-day tasks include administering Microsoft Windows environments, supporting Microsoft 365 applications, and installing new hardware and software. You will serve as the first point of contact for staff (1st-level support) and act as a vital bridge between the clinic and external IT service providers for complex issues.
