Job Summary
This leadership role involves overseeing human resources for educational institutions including schools, daycare centers, and training hubs under the Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart. As the Deputy Head of HR, you will manage end-to-end personnel planning, development, and team organization while serving as a primary consultant for complex labor law and civil service issues. A significant portion of the role focuses on modernizing HR processes through digitalization and managing HR controlling to provide consistent KPIs. This position is ideal for a strategic professional who enjoys a mix of operational management and project-based process optimization. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Master, Diploma, or Bachelor) in Public Management, HR Management, Business Administration, or Law with a focus on labor/public service law.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in human resources management
- Proven leadership experience in a management or deputy management capacity
- Extensive experience in HR controlling and reporting, including the use of analytical tools
- Professional experience in public service law or ecclesiastical labor law (AVO-DRS)
- Experience in managing HR-related projects and digital transformation initiatives
