Job Summary

This role involves delivering scientifically grounded, practice-oriented instruction for the IU International University of Applied Sciences. As a Lecturer, you will lead on-site courses and tutorials focusing on leadership in social institutions, team management, leadership in the social economy, and team conflict management. You will be responsible for facilitating interactive learning processes using provided module manuals and high-quality materials, while providing individual support to dual-study students to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional practice. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about modern, digital education and enjoy mentoring students in small group settings (maximum 40 students). The role offers significant creative freedom in teaching and flexible work organization within a dynamic, innovative academic environment that values peer exchange and the use of AI-supported tools.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Social Work, Social Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the specific field of social work or social management
  • Initial experience in academic teaching (e.g., as a tutor, teacher, or research assistant) is preferred
  • Experience in team leadership or management within social organizations
