As an IT Rollout Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for ensuring technical systems operate smoothly and sustainably. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing on-site technical support for PCs, notebooks, printers, network components, and servers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware, including imaging, installation, configuration, and the final handover of devices like smartphones and laptops to end-users. Beyond maintenance, you will actively participate in large-scale hardware and software rollouts, performing detailed error analysis and troubleshooting while maintaining accurate documentation in asset management systems.
