Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician or equivalent).
Experience
- Professional experience in IT and user support, ideally at least 1 year
- Experience in administering server services, networks, and security components
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in troubleshooting and technical problem analysis
