Job Summary
This role involves managing electrical engineering sub-projects within a diverse real estate portfolio for the State of Rhineland-Palatinate, including ministries, hospitals, and military facilities for NATO and US forces. As an Electrical Engineer, you will act as the client representative, coordinating interdisciplinary teams of freelance architects and engineering firms. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards, as well as reviewing planning contributions and supervising commercial construction services. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience in interdisciplinary team coordination and external consultant management
- Proven ability in project scheduling, cost monitoring, and quality management
