Job Summary

As a Service Technician at WISAG, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and functionality of building security systems across the Mannheim region. Your daily responsibilities include the maintenance, repair, and operation of fire alarm and security technology, as well as the installation and commissioning of building systems. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients on-site, performing rapid fault analysis and documenting all service activities through inspection protocols. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Information and Telecommunications Technology, Information Electronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

Professional experience in the installation or maintenance of security systems (e.g., fire and burglary alarms)
Experience in building technology systems and electronic equipment
Proven track record in customer-oriented service and technical problem-solving
Experience in documenting maintenance and inspection protocols
