This leadership role involves spearheading the development and expansion of a dedicated Photovoltaics department within an established medium-sized energy and building technology firm. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of commercial solar projects, from initial customer acquisition and technical planning to coordination with grid operators and final commissioning. Beyond standard PV systems, you will integrate battery storage and e-mobility charging infrastructure into comprehensive energy solutions. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, or a comparable qualification.

- Professional experience in photovoltaics, renewable energies, or commercial energy systems
- Experience in team leadership and project management
- Experience in sales and new customer acquisition
- Practical experience with grid connection processes and coordination with network operators
- Experience in planning and integrating battery storage and e-mobility solutions
