Job Summary

As a Facility Manager for ENERVIE Group, you will be responsible for the technical and infrastructural management of properties and outdoor facilities in the Southern North Rhine-Westphalia region. Your daily routine involves planning, controlling, and monitoring maintenance and repair measures while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You will act as a key coordinator for external service providers and serve as a liaison to authorities and building departments for applications and usage changes. A unique aspect of this role is the focus on modernization and digitalization; you will analyze existing processes to develop and implement digital strategies for technical facility management, including smart city and autonomous building solutions.
