Job Summary
This is a strategic role within a family-owned manufacturing company, designed as a long-term succession plan for the current Head of IT. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and strategic development of the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, and virtualization environments. A major focus of the role involves overseeing the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and managing the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will act as a bridge between internal staff and external service providers, providing first-level support while advising management on pragmatic digital solutions. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a university degree in the field of Information Technology.
Experience
- Professional experience in the administration of Windows Server environments
- Practical experience with Active Directory, VMware, Citrix, and firewall systems
- Experience in coordinating with external IT service providers
- Experience with ERP system upgrades or migrations is preferred
- Professional background in a medium-sized business environment is beneficial
