Job Summary

As an IT Product Consultant for Buildsimple, you will join a specialized team in Münster developing AI-based software for intelligent document processing. You will bridge the gap between complex SaaS technology and customer success by managing the onboarding of new clients and maintaining existing relationships. Your daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, analyzing input management solutions, and designing concepts for continuous AI training within productive workflows. You will provide critical go-live support through integration and load testing, as well as lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs). This role is ideal for a communicative professional who enjoys technical consulting and wants to work in a startup-like environment while serving large corporate clients.
