Job Summary

As a Process and Quality Management Specialist and Project Manager, you will join the Claims and Benefits department to shape fundamental procedural topics for the Provinzial Group. Your daily responsibilities involve analyzing existing workflows, developing business process optimization concepts, and overseeing their implementation. A significant focus of the role is the integration of innovative technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and voicebots into claims processes. You will collaborate across departments and lead internal projects or cross-functional teams.
