Job Summary

As a Quality Control Manager, you will lead an analytical QC laboratory to ensure cGMP-compliant and timely testing activities that protect market supply and operating licenses. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing physicochemical QC processes, overseeing the release of intermediate products, and documenting deviations or Out-of-Specification (OOS) results. You will implement modern QC strategies, manage the lifecycle of analytical methods and equipment, and drive continuous improvements in operational excellence and cost reduction. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will represent the QC department during inspections and audits while fostering a collaborative, performance-oriented team environment. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong analytical skills who thrives under pressure and is committed to maintaining high safety and compliance standards. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related natural science (PhD preferred).

Experience

  • Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Experience in validation, transfer, and lifecycle management of analytical methods
  • Experience in leading collaborative and performance-oriented teams
  • Proven track record in managing laboratory equipment and raw data integrity
  • Experience representing QC as a Subject Matter Expert during audits and inspections
