Job Summary

As an IT Service Manager specializing in the automotive sector, you will be instrumental in connecting people and technology, ensuring the perfect match for clients. Your core responsibilities will involve planning, steering, and overseeing IT service projects within the automotive domain, guaranteeing adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. You will coordinate and optimize IT service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, while also advising internal and external clients on IT-related matters. This role requires continuous monitoring and analysis of IT services for ongoing improvement and active participation in developing and implementing new IT strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, extensive experience in IT service management, particularly in automotive, and strong knowledge of ITIL.
