Job Summary
The Municipality of Eching is seeking a dedicated IT Systems Administrator to join their team in a permanent, full-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stable and secure operation of the IT infrastructure across the town hall and various satellite locations, including schools, kindergartens, and fire departments. Your daily tasks will involve providing helpdesk support, monitoring network infrastructure, and managing client/server systems. You will play a key role in driving digitalization projects and modernizing the administration's IT landscape. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT Support (First or Second Level)
- Proven experience in the administration of Microsoft-based client and server environments
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructures
- Experience participating in IT modernization and system expansion projects

- Must be willing to work flexible hours for maintenance windows and emergency troubleshooting. Position is based in Eching (Munich area). Candidates must have at least C1 level German proficiency.
