As an IT Support Technician at ZfP Südwürttemberg, you will join a robust IT department of over 70 professionals providing essential technical services to psychiatric and psychosomatic healthcare facilities. Your daily responsibilities include the delivery, installation, and commissioning of IT hardware such as PCs, laptops, and printers, alongside the configuration of operating systems and software updates. You will act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software issues both on-site and via the service desk. Required Skills

- Practical experience in troubleshooting and system maintenance
- Experience in customer-oriented communication and user training
