This role involves leading the labor market integration of refugees in the city of Luckenwalde. As an Integration Manager, you will be responsible for establishing cooperative networks between regional stakeholders, including job centers and social services, while providing direct counseling and support to individuals seeking employment or vocational training. Your day-to-day activities will include administrative project management, monitoring funding usage, and conducting public relations and marketing activities to promote integration initiatives. Required Skills
Education
