Job Summary
As the Head of Road and Civil Engineering for the City of Königswinter, you will take on a leadership role managing a team of 17 employees within the municipal construction yard. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating operational workflows, overseeing road maintenance and construction sites, and managing external contractors with an annual budget of approximately €200,000. You will be the primary point of contact for citizen inquiries and complaints while also overseeing special operations such as winter services and flood response. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in independent maintenance of road networks and facilities
- Experience in creating service specifications and overseeing construction sites
- Experience in managing external service providers and budget control
