Job Summary
As a Production Compliance Manager at Bayer, you will play a critical role in ensuring pharmaceutical manufacturing standards are met through meticulous document management and process oversight. Your daily responsibilities involve creating and managing Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs) within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), developing machine recipes for process plants, and coordinating change requests (MOC). You will also be responsible for conducting research for the bulk production area, preparing Product Quality Reviews, and supporting the creation of cleaning instructions (eCRs). Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Pharmacist/Pharmaceutical Technician (Pharmakant) or a related professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in drug manufacturing and GMP documentation
- Experience in creating and managing machine recipes and manufacturing instructions
- Experience in coordinating and implementing change requests (MOC)
- Experience with reconciliation and archiving of GMP-compliant documentation
