Job Summary
This role involves working for a growing systems provider specializing in autonomous power solutions and emergency power systems for industrial and public sectors. As a technical service specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of stationary diesel emergency power systems with capacities up to 3 MW. Your daily tasks include supporting new installations, conducting technical fault analysis, and documenting measurement results. A significant part of the role involves customer interaction, where you will provide training on system functionality and maintenance intervals. The position is ideal for those who enjoy field service and technical problem-solving, offering a high degree of autonomy. It is particularly attractive due to the provided company vehicle for service assignments, regular product training, and the stability of working for an economically healthy company with flat hierarchies.
Required Skills
Education
Technical vocational training with a focus on engine, vehicle, or plant technology (e.g., Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or similar).
Experience
- Professional experience in engine, vehicle, or plant technology
- Experience in energy or generator technology is highly desirable
- Experience in maintenance and repair of stationary diesel emergency power systems
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Experience in documenting measurement results and creating condition reports

Additional
- High willingness to travel within Germany is required. A valid driver's license is implied for the use of the provided service vehicle.
