Job Summary
As the Head of IT Infrastructure, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for the core technological backbone of the organization, spanning the main headquarters, 20 branch offices, and two data centers. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing network security via Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), managing virtualized server environments, storage, and backup systems, and ensuring robust telecommunications for office and call center operations. Beyond technical oversight, you will act as a strategic leader, fostering the professional development of your staff and driving the integration of industry standards like ITIL and ISO 27001. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys balancing hands-on technical expertise with high-level project management. You will be part of the management team, contributing directly to the future IT roadmap. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Information Technology or a comparable vocational training/professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT infrastructure, specifically in networking, virtualization, or server environments
- Leadership experience as a manager, project lead, or team leader
- Experience in implementing best practices, norms, and standards such as ITIL or ISO 27001
- Proven track record in successfully leading and delivering IT projects
- Experience in managing multi-site network architectures and data centers
