Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions within hybrid environments, with a strategic focus on digital sovereignty. Your daily tasks involve managing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems, alongside automating identity lifecycle processes such as provisioning and de-provisioning. You will work extensively with modern standards like SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect to integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) and Conditional Access. Candidates need a strong technical background in computer science and several years of professional experience in IAM architectures, particularly within Microsoft and OpenText/NetIQ environments. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of Identity & Access Management
  • Professional experience with SSO implementations, Federation, and modern authentication protocols
  • Extensive experience with Hybrid Identity architectures including Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect
  • Experience with IAM or IGA products such as OpenText NetIQ or similar tools
  • Proven experience in programming or scripting for system integration
